Knowing the true love of God is what Denise believes to be the greatest gift in the life of a child of God.
Psalms 34 inspires her; I will bless the Lord at all times His praise shall continually be in my mouth.
Denise learned values and biblical principles very early in childhood and she also teaches and lives the six “P’s” Proper, Preparation and Practice Prevents Poor Performance. A motto her late husband Winston lived. She says when we properly prepare and practice to give God time, study and live the word daily, we have everything needed to prevent us from performing poorly.
She has shared her gift and love of singing since she was a child singing in the choir, later forming and directing the children’s gospel choir at her church. She has served actively as a Sunday school teacher, Women’s Choir Founder & President, Women’s Ministry leader and Spiritual Speaker.
A successful entrepreneur and founder of W.H. Kelly, Sr. Memorial Foundation (501(c)3) and Laps for Life, a motivator, award-winning, a # 1 and multiple Best Selling author. She is a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, Life Transformation Coach and owner of Recovery Matters, LLC.
She truly has a heart for people and her mission and hope is that through individual and group sessions she will be the light of renewed hope for someone that feels they can't go on after a loss (spouse, child, parent, sibling, job, relationship).
Denise Polote-Kelly, is a widow, the proud mother of Michael (Windi) and Jasper Jaye, Jr, grandchildren MaCail & Micah. Denise says it’s a blessing that her parents, godparents and siblings are all living to witness her walk with God and her turn from a dark deep pit of grief to a bright shining light.
Denise is a true friend that can always be counted on to inspire and encourage all too on purpose live through it. She knows by continuing to share the word, wisdom, life lessons and encourage openly that others will be led to Christ and a widow or widower will find the strength to live and not die.
Her personal trials, loss, grief, and victories are what she pours out and through it, all God is ordering her steps and she has learned to always find grateful.
